Parenting Tales

Wow, I've been blogging for nine years. I used to write a parenting column when my kids were little for our local newspaper. I rarely write about my kids now due to their ages, but I like to keep this page for my memories. No, doubt!  Being a parent can make you laugh and cry, and sometimes at the same time. My friend, Kim, who I have known since our first children were less than a year old, has been my savior as I navigated the waters of parenting. We kind of did it together. She has a Masters in Education and after much encouragement, she started her own blog this year. I'm her new blogging mentor. Kim teaches preschool and has great advice for those parents in the early years. You may want to get some of her downloadables as a resource. You can find her at TeachLearnStyle.com
